Open house Etiquette
Do you sometimes wonder where the day went? I do! My kids are on spring break this week, so very difficult to work and find a place for them to go.... This week it's tennis camp. Mother of the year last year when I had a closing and I sent them to tennis camp during a thunder storm! Was working at an open house today, when a really nice couple came it. The home I was in is listed at 8 million. They came in and they said they were looking for anything under $250,000. Which is fine...But at least let me know that in the beginning before I make my 10 speech on why you should suck out 8 million for this beautiful property! Anyway... I think I become to involved with people I meet. I actually believe we become friends in the 10 minutes. So I set myself up for disappointment when they don't call the next day to see property. Oh well I need to get over it!
