Turf war in Real Estate

So there is this neighborhood we have a fair amount of listings in, and their is another agent that HAD a fair amount of listings in the same neighborhood. ( get my drift?). It seems he may be very upset about his status. I tell people he has napoleon disease. You know when they are about 4'2 and they go around with this attitude to make up for the lack in height...Anyway think greasy comb over, big big gold medallion, huge gold watch he could wear as a belt etc. He needs a step ladder to get in his SUV. Now I'm all about playing fair until you step over the line!!! Little things have been going on, like I know I locked a door but the next morning it would be open, lights would be on that I know I turned off. Find out the short man had key's!!!! Today the sore loser took down my open house sign, there it was just laying there on the ground. BUT HIS open house sign standing at attention!!! Now I would like to think the wind knocked it down..But the wind gusts today were like -20mph! This is war. I'm going to plan my revenge!!!! I know very mature.. But I think my best revenge will be to sell ANOTHER property that he failed to do so when he listed them.... You know it's the little things in life that keep me going.
