The Offer that wasn't
I should have known! When you start your week off on Monday morning at the dentist the rest of the day is not going to be good. Sat in the stupid chair for almost 2 hours…You know whoever comes up with the silent drill will be a cabillionaire! At least offer earplugs. You know ” would like something before we start, water, earplugs?” I’m pitting out just thinking about it! Anyway where was I going with this? Oh yeah get back in the car with droll spilling down my cheek and I see I have a missed call from the agent who said they were going to submit an offer today…Not only is he offering on the house down the street instead, I had another realtor call in to say the people that were thinking about putting an offer in my other property are going to be buying a RV for a million dollars instead. WHAT!!!!! I didn’t even know they made such a thing. And tell me if I’m wrong but does that depreciate like a car when you drive it off the lot? At least right now in Southwest Florida we stopped the bleeding and are moving in an upswing!!! The homes have stopped depreciating.. Really a million dollars on a RV? I’m in the wrong line of work! Let’s keep in mind my day hit the skids at 10:00 am and never recovered! Power of the secret for tomorrow being a better day!
